This "D" shaped box features a
starburst lid with a
coopered skirt and a
coopered body.
I sculpted the lid handle from Tagua nut
and inlaid sterling silver into it. Tagua nut comes from the Tagua
palm tree and has physical properties very similar to ivory.
The inside of the box is lined with
cranberry velveteen fabric.
