This work is an irregular octagonal box with a vaulted lid created with 97 pieces of wood (Cherry and Maple) and 17 pieces of frosted beveled glass. |
| Opened, one can appreciate the effect of the frosted window panes in this unique design. |  |

The lid lift handle is
sculpted from marine brass (from a discarded sailboat propeller shaft) to
follow the same irregular octagonal form of this work.
