OnlineMagic Wands for Harry Potter Fans

Being an avid Harry Potter fan myself it was natural to imagine how the wands found in Ollivander's Wand Shop might look. Because these wands are intended to be special keepsake gifts for the adult-minded fan they each come in a solid Red Bloodwood box with sliding lid and are cradled in a foam bed lined with black velveteen fabric. |

All of these wands are the "specified" length as found at Ollivander's Wand Shop on the Harry Potter web site. They all have handles of the specified wood with the "magic ingredient" waving through the handle. They also have a silver plated sleeve and a tip of Tauga Nut which has the same characteristics as Ivory but doesn't require killing elephants. The one shown here is a 7 inch Ash with Dragon Heartstrings. |

| When the lid is slid into the
top of the box it makes a beautiful, elegant box with finger joint corners
(barely visible in this picture). One may display this either opened
or closed. After one goes to the Ollivander's Wand Shop and gets selected by a wand they email the specifications to me and I make the wand specifically for them. I do not "stock" pre-made wands. Therefore there is a 6 week lead time and such orders fall under the guidelines for custom work given on the "How to order" page. These are not children's toys and will not stand up to the rough handling abuse a child might give them while playing.
